Ingredients 

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 dates, minced
  • 1 teaspoon stevia, or more to taste
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions 

  • Use parchment paper to line a large plate.
  • Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  • Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on the lined plate.
  • Put the balls in the freezer or fridge until they’re firm and ready to eat.
