Low Carb Sriracha Shrimp

By: Izzy
Sriracha Shrimp is one of my favorite low carb recipes. It’s packed with Sriracha flavors and so easy to make.
Total: 15 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar in a mixing bowl.
  • Add shrimp and half of the marinade into a zip-lock bag to marinate.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add shrimp in a single layer.
  • Add the rest of the sauce. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque (flip half way, about 2 minutes each side).
  • Remove shrimp from heat. Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
