Lard

Lard is a semi-solid white fat obtained from rendering the fatty parts of the pig. It has a neutral flavor and contains less saturated fat than butter. You can use it for roasting, frying, grilling, and even sautéing your dishes.

As one of the most popular drinks, a latte is simply a coffee-based beverage consisting of milk and espresso. Milk helps mute the sharp, acidic taste of espresso while still retaining a nice coffee flavor.

The lychee is a tropical fruit with a characteristic reddish-brown shell and white flesh. It’s native to southeastern China. The lychee fruit has a sweet and nice aromatic taste. You can enjoy it on its own, or add it into a salad, or make Lychee Jelly.
