My family loves fun pizza ideas, and some of our favorites are Air Fryer Pizza Rolls, Pizza Cone, and these kids-friendly pepperoni pizza fries.

It’s a gluten-free pizza if you use gluten-free French fries. Plus you can make it in less than 30 minutes from start to finish – much faster than a regular pizza recipe.

Ingredients You’ll Need for French Fry Pizza

  • French Fries: You can use frozen, freshly cooked, or leftover French fries.
  • Cornstarch: It helps absorb extra moisture and prevent the fries from being to soggy.
  • Salt & Pepper: For seasoning
  • Marinara Sauce: You can use tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
  • Shredded Cheese: I used the mix of mozzarella and Swiss cheese for the extra orange color, but it’s perfectly fine to use mozzarella only.
  • Pepperoni Slices: Feel free to add other toppings such as sausage, ham, or veggies.

Tips & Tricks for the Best Pizza Fries

  • If you use frozen French fries, make sure to let them thaw briefly before mashing. Otherwise, it’ll be too hard to break them into smaller pieces.
  • Use straight-cut French fries for better results.
  • Make sure to mix in cornstarch as it will help to absorb moisture and prevent the fries from becoming too soggy.
  • Let your pizza cool slightly before slicing, otherwise, it might fall apart easily.

  • Add cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
