Best Fajita Veggies

Fajita Veggies are healthy and loaded with caramelized onions and crispy green bell peppers. It’s one of the best Cookout Side Dishes and so easy to make.
Servings: 4

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt, to taste

Instructions 

  • Add oil to a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Heat until the oil is very hot.
  • Add sliced bell pepper and red onions.
  • Stir fry and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add oregano and salt to taste. Stir and cook for about 2 more minutes until the veggies are slightly softened. Serve and enjoy!
