Ingredients You’ll Need
- pre-made pizza dough
- sliced pepperoni – any size of pepperoni sausage will work.
- use your favorite brand of pizza sauce.
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- shredded parmesan cheese
- garlic salt
- butter

- Roll the dough out and spread the pizza sauce on the dough and then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the sliced pepperoni in rows to cover the cheese.
- Starting with the long end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
- Place the log seam side down and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
- Place rolls on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange them 1 inch (2.5 cm) apart in a single layer.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and brush it over the rolled dough. Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese and a pinch or two of garlic salt.
- Bake at 375°F for 15-25 minutes or until hot and golden brown.
