    What is a Mocktail?

A “mocktail” is a clever play on words used to describe a non-alcoholic cocktail. It’s a mixed drink without liquor. Some cocktails are alcohol-free versions of real cocktails and others are original recipes.

    What Makes a Good Mocktail?

Making a good mocktail isn’t as simple as mixing random ingredients together. If you want your mocktail to taste just as good as the real thing, here are a few tips to follow. Using bubbly ingredients like tonic water or ginger ale can jazz up your drink.

Also, consider adding flavored syrups which will add complexity to the mix. Non-alcoholic bitters are a great way to improve your cocktail experience too.

How Do You Make Mocktail Drinks Taste Like Alcohol?

Here’s a little-known trick: adding a teaspoon of pickle juice can make virgin drinks taste just like alcohol! Fermented tea and ginger also add a certain kick to non-alcoholic drinks that make them taste more like the real thing.
