    Traditional Greek salad dressing is a combination of olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, fresh garlic, dried oregano and salt and pepper.

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, mustard, salt, and several grinds of black pepper.
    • Continue to whisk until the desired consistency is reached.
