Grilled Fresh Tuna Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- sesame seeds, to garnish
Sauce
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together the following ingredients in order in a small bowl: soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil on all sides, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Cook on the grill, for 2 minutes on each side.
