    Ingredients 

    • 4 tuna steaks
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt
    • black pepper
    • sesame seeds to garnish

    Sauce

    • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
    • 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
    • 2 teaspoon minced garlic

    Instructions 

    • Prepare the sauce by whisking together the following ingredients in order in a small bowl: soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Set aside.
    • Preheat the grill to high.
    • Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil on all sides, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
    • Cook on the grill, for 2 minutes on each side.
    • Transfer to cutting board and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    • Cut the steaks into slices, going across the grain. Serve with the sauce as a dip and enjoy!

    Notes

    • If you prefer your tuna to be more cooked on the inside, cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side instead of 2.
