  • 4 medium-sized pears, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup keto sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
