  • oil
  • water

Instructions 

  • Apply a thin coating of oil in a skillet.
  • Add the bratwurst.
  • Cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until browned, turning often.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low.
  • Carefully add ½ cup of water to the skillet.
  • Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the bratwurst reaches 160°F.
