How Long Does Meatloaf Last in the fridge?

Easy Leftover Meatloaf Sandwiches

This is a quick lunch or dinner idea using your leftover meatloaf. All you need is bread, cheese, and your favorite toppings! 
Total: 10 minutes
Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients 

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice leftover meatloaf
  • 1 slice cheese of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard
  • Your favorite toppings like tomato slice and lettuce

Instructions 

  • Slice a thick piece of leftover meatloaf.
  • Place it into a skillet on the stove over medium heat.
  • Toast the bread and spread mayo and mustard on top.
  • Once the meatloaf is cooked through, remove it from heat.
  • Top meatloaf with cheese and allow it to melt.
  • Place the meatloaf and cheese onto the bread.
  • Add your favorite toppings and top with a second slice of bread
