Leftover Chili Cheese Dog Recipe

Here’s a fun meal for the kids. Make these tasty chili cheese dogs in the air fryer, in the oven, or how about on a camping trip? The recipe includes instructions for all 3 methods. 
Total: 15 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup leftover chili
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 buns
  • ½ cup cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  • Place hot dogs into the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • In the meantime, heat the leftover chili in the skillet or microwave.
  • Remove the hot dogs and add them into buns.
  • Top with chili and cheese.
  • Add the chili cheese dogs back in the oven.
  • Cook for a further 2-3 minutes till the buns start getting crunchy and the cheese melts.
