  • 8 oz seafood of your choice, crab, shrimp, etc.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions, plus more for serving
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • cooking spray

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Stir together the seafood, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, green onions, and 1/2 cup of the cheese in a bowl.
