How to Freeze Uncooked Sausage Patties

Form the pork mixture into two 6-inch logs. Wrap the logs tightly in plastic and place into resealable freezer bags. Be sure to remove as much excess air as possible before sealing the bag. Place into the freezer until ready to use. To thaw, place the sausage meat in the fridge to defrost. Slice into patties and cook.

Are Sausage Patties Healthy?

Pork is a good source of iron and minerals including thiamine, selenium, and phosphorus. It’s also a high-quality source of protein.
