Best Bisquick Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup yellow onion diced
- 1 cup freshly shredded Swiss cheese
- 12 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 4 eggs
- sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 10-inch glass or metal pie plate.
- Evenly spread the onions, Swiss cheese, and bacon over the bottom of the pie plate.
- Place the eggs, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk until combined. Add the milk and whisk again.
- Add the Bisquick and whisk for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps.
- Pour the mixture into the pie plate over the other ingredients.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of the quiche. If it comes out clean, the quiche is done. If it comes out wet, try another spot to confirm that the quiche may need to bake for a few more minutes. You don’t want to overcook it.
- Let the quiche cool on a wire rack for about 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
