Ingredients You’ll Need

  • boneless pork chops
  • eggs
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • whole milk
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • parmesan cheese
  • lemon pepper
  • onion powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • butter

How to Make Parmesan Pork Chops

  • Beat together the eggs, milk, garlic salt, and pepper.
  • On a plate mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan, lemon pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Season each pork chop lightly with garlic salt and dip each into the egg wash.
  • Dredge the chops in the seasoned bread crumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto each pork chop and arrange on the baking rack.
  • Drizzle each chop with melted butter or spritz with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until fork tender. For a deeper color, brown the chops under the broiler at the end of the cooking time. Be sure to watch them carefully so they don’t burn.

Use pork chops that are between ½ – ¾ inch thick for the best results.

Baked Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 6 oz boneless pork chops, ½-inch thick
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet fitted with a baking rack with cooking spray. If desired, line the baking sheet with foil and set it aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
