Healthy Liquid Diet Celery Juice Recipe

For this recipe, a juicer will make easy work of juicing raw celery but you can also use a high-powered blender.
Total: 5 minutes
Servings: 1


Juicer Method

  • 2 bunches celery

Blender Method

  • 3-4 bunches celery
  • 1 cup water


Juicer Method

  • Cut off the base and the top of the stalk.
  • Rinse thoroughly in a colander.
  • Feed celery stalks through the feeding tube.

Blender Method

  • Chop celery into smaller pieces.
  • Add chopped celeries and water to your blender (Add more water if needed). Blend until smooth.
  • Place a nut milk bag over a pitcher.
  • Pour pureed celery juice into your nut milk bag.
  • Use your hands to squeeze the juice through the bag.

  1. The title is for CLEAR liquid diet. The recipes in the article are for ALL liquid diet or a soft diet because the foods are not see through/ CLEAR and they contain seeds and solid forms that SHOULD NOT be in a CLEAR liquid diet. The only recipe that would would work is the chicken soup that could be strained to make it CLEAR.

  2. As someone preparing for surgery and needing to be on an actual clear-liquid diet, the homemade chicken broth is the only recipe that falls in this diet.
