How Long Does Chipotle Dish Last In The Fridge?

Properly stored leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days. Store the cooked ingredients like rice, chicken, and beans in separate containers from the cold ingredients.

Place cold ingredients like lettuce, tomato, guacamole and any sauces in a separate airtight container. If the sauce is already on the lettuce the lettuce will become soggy. Place the cooked ingredients like chicken, beans, and rice in a different airtight container. 

How To Reheat Leftover Chipotle Bowl

Before reheating your leftovers, be sure to remove any of the following: 

  • Fresh vegetables
  • Guacamole
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

You should only reheat the items that are cooked like rice, meat, tofu, and beans.

Place the leftovers in a microwave safe bowl and heat for about 1 minute. Stir and continue to heat for 15-20 second intervals until the leftovers are heated throughout. 

Is It Okay To Eat 2 Day Old Chipotle?

Properly stored Chipotle leftovers can remain in the fridge for 3-4 days. Note that if it smells off or there are obvious signs of spoilage, it’s best to toss it.
