Crockpot Appetizer Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 oz fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 brick low-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Place the mixture into a small slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour until the cheese has melted.
- Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, and raw veggies.
