How to Make Caesar Salad Dressing

- Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Tips and Tricks
- If you can’t find whole anchovies, anchovy paste can be used instead.
- Be sure to use real imported Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese from Italy as it will take your Caesar salad dressing to next-level deliciousness. Regular parmesan will not do your dressing any justice.
Does All Caesar Dressing Have Anchovies?
Most recipes for classic Caesar salad dressing include anchovies. However, if you’d prefer to leave them out, anchovy paste works perfectly – even if you use a small amount.
