How to Make Caesar Salad Dressing

    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, anchovy paste, and lemon juice.
    • Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, pepper, and salt. Whisk well until combined. Taste and add extra salt as desired.
    • Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

    Tips and Tricks

    • If you can’t find whole anchovies, anchovy paste can be used instead.
    • Be sure to use real imported Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese from Italy as it will take your Caesar salad dressing to next-level deliciousness. Regular parmesan will not do your dressing any justice.
