Everyone has an opinion on the most ideal ratio of mayonnaise to Dijon mustard when making Dijonnaise. This will really come down to personal preference and how strong of a mustard taste you like. We recommend starting with 1/2 cup mayonnaise to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. If you want more intense flavor, add a little more mustard.
