The Best St Patrick’s Day Recipe: Corned Beef Hash

Cook: 20 minutes
Total: 35 minutes
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients 

  • 2 cans of corned beef
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • salt and pepper , to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar

Instructions 

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté onions and potatoes until slightly browned, then stir in corned beef.
  • Season salt, pepper, and add vinegar. Cook for 3-5 minutes in between each addition.
  • Partially cover the skillet. Reduce the heat to medium-low, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
