Ingredients 

  • 2 lb radishes, cleaned and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Toss the radishes with the olive oil and spices. Place the radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer ensuring that every radish is in contact with the pan.
  • Roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
