Soft Boiled Quail Eggs

Boiled Quail Eggs Recipe

If you’re a fan of the creamy texture of soft boiled eggs, give this recipe a try. The eggs take just 2 minutes to cook, making weekday morning breakfasts a snap!
Servings: 6 eggs

Ingredients 

  • 6 quail eggs
  • water

Instructions 

  • Fill an appropriate sized saucepan with enough water to cover the quail eggs by one inch. Do not add the eggs yet.
  • Bring the water to a full boil. Gently lower the eggs into the saucepan with a slotted spoon.
  • Maintain a light boil and cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes.
  • Carefully drain the hot water and fill the saucepan with ice cold water.
  • Peel the eggs and serve immediately or store them in the fridge until ready to use.
