Are you following a keto diet and are wondering whether or not you can eat an avocado? Or just how many carbs are in one? Keto Guacamole is one of our favorite keto recipes and it’s easy to make.
Servings: 1 jar

Ingredients 

  • 12 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  • Wash, peel, pit, and dice the avocados.
  • Place the avocados in a large bowl.
  • Add garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and olive oil. Mix well and serve.
