Granola Breakfast Pie is a make-head and nutritious meal that you are going to get the benefits of fruits, proteins and whole grain carbs in every bite.Healthy Breakfast Pie thatโ€™s easy to make with a few simple ingredients: granola, peanut butter, almonds, cinnamon, yogurt, berries and nuts. Itโ€™s a complete breakfast on its own. You can also serve it with eggs, French toast and milk. Great for a party, brunch or any special occasions.

I like to make it the night before and save time for the next morning. Itโ€™s really easy to make. I recommend using Greek yogurt as itโ€™s thicker and less running. For the toppings, you can use whatever you have. Fruits suchย as blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries are good choices. You can also add nuts or shredded coconuts.

  1. Hi, I’m planning to make this later today – does the “shell” hold together without crumbling if you take it out of the pie pan? My thought is to leave it in the pan but you say to take it out. Can you please confirm?

    1. Oops! I totally read the recipe (more than once) as being made in a pie pan, not on a pizza pan. Disregard the question above!

      1. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I actually made this before, IN A PIE PAN! I’m just realizing it was a pizza pan going back to the recipe to make it again ๐Ÿคฆ

Big hit at staff breakfast today. The “crust” does NOT hold together. I will just make it in a pizza pan and leave it in it to serve, next time. Very good!!

  2. Will this hold up if taking to a friends house?
Concerned the yogurt will make the granola mushy if kept out of a fridge for awhile.

  3. Could you make little individual cups using a muffin tin? Or will the granola cups fall apart once they pick it up?

I made this for a brunch-themed holiday party and it was a big hit! Easy to make and delicious. I made it in a disposable cake pan just to make transporting it easier. I will definitely make this again!
