Breakfast Miso Soup Recipe

Easy to make and an excellent source of protein, miso soup is a delicious way to start your day. Make it your own by adding noodles, veggies, or rice!
Servings: 4

Ingredients 

  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 teaspoons dashi granules
  • 8 oz silken tofu, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups water

Instructions 

  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the dashi granules and water; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and whisk in the miso paste. Stir in the tofu and the green onions. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
