Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken leg quarters
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  • Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels and lightly brush with olive oil.
  • Generously season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Place chicken on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15 to 25 minutes. The chicken is ready when the internal temperature reads 165F on an instant-read thermometer. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
