Cook: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients 

  • 8 mini hot dogs
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 8 sliders buns
  • Optional toppings: mustard, ketchup, cilantro, chili pepper, etc.

Instructions 

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add enough water to cover the bottom. Carefully place the mini hot dogs in the skillet and cook until the water has evaporated. Turn the hot dogs from side to side as they cook.
  • When all of the water has evaporated, add the butter and cook the hot dogs until they’re nicely seared.
  • Lightly toast the buns while the hot dogs are cooking. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
