Breakfast Potato Casserole Recipe
This breakfast potato casserole is ideal for weekend brunch and only takes about 40 minutes to make! Everyone will love it, including your kids.

- 20 oz hash browns thawed
- 9-10 oz Italian sausage pre-cooked
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add eggs, milk, sausage, hash browns, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the cheese into a large bowl. Mix well until combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30 – 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese. Continue to bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
