Keto Roasted Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

- 1 pound cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss to coat the tomatoes evenly with the oil and garlic.
Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange the seasoned cherry tomatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the tomatoes are slightly shriveled and beginning to brown.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top of the roasted tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!
