  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss to coat the tomatoes evenly with the oil and garlic.
