- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
- 1 tablespoon grass-fed unsalted butter
Brew your usual coffee.
Place coffee, MCT oil, butter or ghee into your blender and pulse. You can also use a frother. Mixing alone won’t help the ingredients emulsify.
Blend or froth for about 20 to 30 seconds. The result is a creamy latte. Serve immediately!
