Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed unsalted butter

Instructions 

  • Brew your usual coffee.
  • Place coffee, MCT oil, butter or ghee into your blender and pulse. You can also use a frother. Mixing alone won’t help the ingredients emulsify.
  • Blend or froth for about 20 to 30 seconds. The result is a creamy latte. Serve immediately!
