Easy Flour Tortilla and Jelly Recipe

Flour Tortilla and Jelly pinwheels are loaded with sweet jam and smooth peanut butter, and wrapped in flour tortillas. It’s a super easy snack to make. Tuck them into lunch boxes or have them ready to enjoy as a quick snack when the kids come home from school.

Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jelly or your favorite jam or jelly
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

Spread Peanut Butter Onto the Tortilla

  • Spread 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter onto half of each tortilla.

Spread Jelly Onto the Tortilla

  • Spread 1.5 tablespoons of jelly onto the other half of each tortilla.

Roll It Up

  • Roll each tortilla tight (I like to start from the jelly side), ensuring the peanut butter and jelly hold the tortilla together.

Chill and Slice

  • Place the tortillas in an airtight container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until fully chilled.
  • Cut into 1/2 inch pinwheels and serve!
