- 1 1/2 pounds leftover salmon
- teriyaki sauce to taste
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- optional sesame seeds and sriracha for garnish
In a medium bowl, flake the leftover salmon.
Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the flaked salmon and stir to combine.
Take 4 lettuce leaves and top each one with rice and the teriyaki salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha, if you desire. Serve, and enjoy!
