Boston Butt Recipe

Treat your family to a delicious roast pork dinner this Sunday! This Boston Butt is perfectly seasoned and roasts in the oven until it’s tender, moist, and utterly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 –4 pounds Boston butt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and place a roasting rack on top.
  • Pour all of the seasonings and brown sugar in a small bowl and mix until combined.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork to cover.
  • Bake the pork for 20 minutes per pound until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the roast reaches 145°F.
  • Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
