Easy Yakisoba Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked yakisoba noodles
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3/4 lb pork belly thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium carrot sliced
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add the pork to the pan and cook, stirring well, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add the onions and carrots. Cook, stirring often for 1-2 minutes until soft but not brown.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add the loosened yakisoba noodles to the pan along with the sauce. Toss until everything is warmed through and coated with the glossy sauce. Stir in the green onions and serve.
