Garlic Baked Whiting Fish Recipe
Whiting Fish has delicate flesh that is sweet in flavor. Whiting is a good fish to grill or roast whole, and it pairs well with pasta, potatoes, and vegetables.

- 4 whiting fillets
- 5 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
- 1 lemon sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Set a side a baking dish.
Season the whiting with salt and pepper and place in the baking dish.
Mix together the butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and zest and then pour the mixture over the whiting fillets.
Place the lemon rounds on top of and around the fillets.
Bake the whiting for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is fork-tender.
