Crockpot Appetizer Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

You can’t go wrong with a creamy spinach dip! Tote it to a potluck or serve it to the gang on game night! Be sure to have lots of raw veggies and pita chips on hand!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh baby spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 brick low-fat cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Place the mixture into a small slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour until the cheese has melted.
  • Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, and raw veggies.
