Crockpot Appetizer Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe
You can’t go wrong with a creamy spinach dip! Tote it to a potluck or serve it to the gang on game night! Be sure to have lots of raw veggies and pita chips on hand!

- 10 oz fresh baby spinach roughly chopped
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 brick low-fat cream cheese cut into cubes
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Place the mixture into a small slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1 hour until the cheese has melted.
Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, and raw veggies.
