Ingredients

  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, add the minced garlic.
  • Sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
  • Add spinach and lemon juice. Sauté for about 3 minutes or until greens are wilted.
