- 1 rutabaga peeled and cut into spears
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425° F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add rutabaga pieces. Add oil and seasoning.
Spread the seasoned rutabaga onto the baking sheet. Arrange in one single layer.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until crispy, flipping fries halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
