Ingredients

  • 1 rutabaga peeled and cut into spears
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425° F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add rutabaga pieces. Add oil and seasoning.
  • Spread the seasoned rutabaga onto the baking sheet. Arrange in one single layer.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until crispy, flipping fries halfway through. Serve and enjoy!
