Homemade Condiment for the Carnivore Diet

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley
- salt to taste
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped herbs, and a pinch of salt.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the herbs are evenly distributed throughout the butter.
Taste and adjust the salt as needed.
Transfer the mixture to a small container or shape it into a log using parchment paper.
Refrigerate until firm and store in the fridge. Slice and use to add flavor to your carnivore dishes.
