Leftover Potato Hash and Corned Beef Recipe
A simple and easy way to turn leftover baked potatoes to the most amazing meal!

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 leftover potatoes cut into small cubes
- 1 can corned beef
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Saute onions for about 5-7 minutes until they are slightly browned.
Add leftover potatoes and corned beef.
Season with salt and pepper. Saute until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
