- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- ice
- water
Put all the ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend on high speed.
Once you’ve achieved a smooth consistency, pour the smoothie into a glass.
