Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a resealable plastic bag and place it inside a coffee mug.
  • Cut the corner of the bag off. Make the hole larger if the batter is thicker.
  • Fill each donut hole with the mixture and cook as per the directions on your mini donut maker.
