- 6-8 ears of corn husks and silks removed, cut in half
- 1 cup milk
- 8 tablespoons butter
Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring the water to a boil.
Add the milk and butter. Then add the corn and reduce the heat.
Simmer the corn for about 6 to 8 minutes until tender.
Drain the water and serve the corn with additional butter and salt.
