White Wine Sauce Recipe
This white wine sauce is delicious served over pasta. It’s full of flavor and is also easy to make!

- ½ cup white wine
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
- 1 pound pasta
- chopped parsley
- freshly grated parmesan
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about one minute until golden.
Add flour, wine and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir for 2 minutes and then remove from the heat. Toss with pasta or serve alongside chicken, frish, or veggies. Garnish with parsley and parmesan. Enjoy!
