Baked Flounder Fish is delicious, healthy, and made with a few simple ingredients. It’s seasoned with salt and pepper, and then baked in a lemon garlic juice to a light golden brown. Ingredients

  • 4 Flounder Fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish
  • optional other seasonings such as chili flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Set aside a baking dish.
  • Season the flounder fish with salt and pepper (and optioanl other seasonings). Then place them in the baking dish.
  • Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest and then pour the mixture over the flounder fillets.
  • Place the lemon rounds on top of and around the fillets.
  • Bake the flounder for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is fork-tender.
